Fav time of year!

I don't know about you, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE fall! I personally love waking up to 50 degrees, the sweet smell of a little dew on the grass, dying bugs, sweatshirts, and jeans! I could live all year (if it wasn't 100 degrees) in a gray sweatshirt and jeans. That is just who I am.

Recently I think I realized WHY I love weddings and engagements so much. It is a day so full of emotions, that it is neigh impossible not to see the true side of people. The raw, untouched emotional, this is me, type day! And that is how it should be - b/c you are making a life long commitment to another person. Hopefully, by that day, they have already met that "hey, this is me" person inside.

Alright, so that may seem confusing, but it is truly why I "fell in love" with shooting weddings and engagements.

Speaking of - I will soon be offering a slight discount on my wedding sessions for those of you ready to book for 2013! But it will only be offered for a few months, so book while the deal is on!

Welcome here to all you first time visitors and welcome back to all my old friends and clients! So excited you are here!
A little background, in 2008 Photos by Josey Studio was born on 3.5 acres of beautiful country west of Portis in North Central Kansas.
I have finally (after 4 years of procrastination) put together a new website. Thanks to bludomain.com for the awesome template, and my sisters, friends and family who encouraged the upgrade. Hopefully you will enjoy the new look as much as I do!
